Vision Statement/Goals: Our organization exists to serve our members and the work on the issues important to them. Our success is measured in the service we deliver to them. All of our energies should be directed to fulfilling the needs of the members and the association.
It is my goal to support an open dialog to better understand the needs of the organization and its members, to help in strengthening social workers role in the community, and assist other social workers in developing their skills. Continue to support and strengthen co-occurring treatment programs, building membership and working towards more support for new graduates to find supervision and complete time lines for licensure.

I believe we need to join together to accomplish the goal of helping this sate and country grow to be better than we already are. United we stand, divided we fall.
