    NASW Montana invites you to a two day conference to hear the latest from national experts on: ethical challenges in human services; clinical supervision; the impact of healthcare reform; expectations for Supreme Court Aid-in-Dying ruling; and personal wellbeing for professionals and parents.

    • Friday Keynote Andrew Sperling J.D. will discuss Healthcare Reform and its implications on behavioral healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid. He is Director of Federal Legislation Advocacy for NAMI.
    • Saturday Keynote Bruce Buchanan ACSW, LISW, BCD will discuss professional ethics in human services. He is on the editorial board for the Journal of Social Work Values and Ethics and former President of ASWB
    • Training by Patricia O’Dell, MSW, LCSW on fundamentals of clinical supervision.  She is Clinical Director of Adult and Family Treatment Program, Family Service of Morris County, NJ and former Assistant Dean of Rutgers University School of Social Work.
    • Barbara Glidewell RN, MBS will present expectations for Montana after new Supreme Court Aid-in-Dying ruling. She is the OHSU Patient Advocate/Ombudsman and consultant to four countries regarding Death with Dignity legislative bills.
